We accept CDCP and direct bill most insurance
Watch our one-minute video for the questions we hear most. Then bring your plan details, and our front desk will explain your coverage and your portion before treatment.
The questions we hear most
Do you accept insurance & CDCP?
Yes.
We work with private dental insurance and accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
Do you direct bill?
For most plans, yes.
We direct bill most private insurance and bill CDCP directly through Sun Life. You pay any portion your plan doesn't cover.
How much will I pay?
It depends on your plan.
Deductibles, co-payments and yearly limits vary. We explain your costs before treatment.
Who qualifies for CDCP?
The government decides.
Generally: no access to private dental insurance, a filed tax return, Canadian residency for tax purposes, and adjusted family net income under $90,000.
Not always. Here's why.
"100% coverage" means CDCP pays 100% of its own fee for an eligible service. That isn't always your whole bill.
- Our fees follow the BC Dental Association (BCDA) Suggested Fee Guide.
- CDCP pays the amount set in its own fee schedule, which can be lower.
- You pay the difference. It's not a surcharge, just two fee guides.

Share your plan details
Call ahead with your insurance or CDCP information so we can review your coverage.
We request an estimate
For larger treatment, we send a predetermination to your insurer or CDCP.
You decide, informed
We explain your options and your portion before you go ahead.
An estimate, not a final payment promise: plan rules and remaining benefits can change.
A professional and friendly center.
